Cases were retrieved from the cause analysis reports produced by the Japan Obstetric Compensation System for Cerebral Palsy. Only singleton births for whom UApH data were available, gestational age at birth ≥ 32 weeks of gestation and birth weight ≥ 1,400 g were included; therefore, 349 of the 421 CP cases to receive compensation in 2018 were included in this study. The relationship between the pathological conditions and the associated characteristics, which were UApH, 1-minute Apgar score, gestational age at birth, birth weight, and parity, were analyzed. The parity was significantly higher among mothers with placental abruption (PA) than in those without these conditions whose infants were eligible, even if these values were higher (adjusted odds ratio [aOR], 2.845; p = 0.004). Additionally, umbilical cord blood flow obstruction (UCBFO) was associated with a significantly lower parity (aOR, 0.406; p = 0.001). It was suggested that parity is a useful indicator of the risk of PA and UCBFO as well as for elucidating the numerical value of the characteristics at birth.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10001_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Tokyo Medical and Dental University"}]},"item_10001_relation_14":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"10.11480/jmds.680001","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_10001_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2185-9132","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorAffiliations":[{"affiliationNames":[{}]}],"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Murata Masao"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorAffiliations":[{"affiliationNames":[{}]}],"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Sugawa Makiko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorAffiliations":[{"affiliationNames":[{}]}],"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Kawahara Kazuo"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"コンテンツ本体","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2021-01-29"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"01_Murata.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"233.4 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","license_note":"Copyright ©2021 Tokyo Medical and Dental University (TMDU)","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"01_Murata","url":"https://tmdu.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/785/files/01_Murata.pdf"},"version_id":"6d758746-b295-4335-a133-b972cbe4a526"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"Cerebral palsy","subitem_subject_language":"en"},{"subitem_subject":"combination of causes","subitem_subject_language":"en"},{"subitem_subject":"umbilical arterial pH","subitem_subject_language":"en"},{"subitem_subject":"parity","subitem_subject_language":"en"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Association between combinations of pathological conditions causing cerebral palsy among mothers and infants and associated characteristics including umbilical arterial pH and parity","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{}]},"item_type_id":"10001","owner":"11","path":["260"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2021-01-29"},"publish_date":"2021-01-29","publish_status":"0","recid":"785","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Association between combinations of pathological conditions causing cerebral palsy among mothers and infants and associated characteristics including umbilical arterial pH and parity"],"weko_creator_id":"11","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2024-04-23T00:30:32.094214+00:00"}
